There needs to be a surrender option in the new Nexus map

We had a player never connect until the end of the match. We were assaulting first, and so had to wait out the 20 minutes assault time, in addition to 10 minutes for the other team to destroy us.

Pleas, add an option to surrender, at least if someone hasn't teleported in in 2-3 minutes.
