Champion mastery and MMR

So I was wondering if Riot had considered making champion mastery be tied to MMR. So, people who normally get high champion scores get paired together. When I first say the system announced this is what I thought, and I believe it more strongly now. I think tying the systems together could give a better experience to players in low elo, without harming or doing much of anything to the higher ups.

Not to mention it cuts down on the "I can only play this champ/role" because the system would rate them lower since they don't have high average scores. That means that you would get people who could actually do something useful even in a role they don't normally do because they understand the game and champs.
