I use the heal, it sometimes saves a dps. A tip I would like to give is don't do it, never get any gold, you can't build your set up that fast leaving you at a disadvantage the entire match...

it depends purely on the situation. Sometimes you want to go all in when u burst them and get the pick. Holding on to it can leave u outright dead for not mitigating damage where it was meant to be mitigated.

In the dream world you want to bait out the enemy's exhaust first, then disengage as soon as they use it. That way next time you all in you've still got it and they don't. The reason I go full aggro early game as Braum is because it's super easy to force a flash at least with his passive at level one :P
