Turret Buff Idea
Buff Turret attack speed and nerf the damage by 1/2
An idea I saw. It make sense.
That way, we can CS easier because the turret is chunking minions less, thereby helping Riot's dream of letting us CS under tower.
It also makes it harder to juggle aggro.
