Rank isn't important to me. I could care less where I end up, but I can't even play with more than one friend at the moment. Is this still League of Legends? Still preseason?

How do you open a season like this? Ranked teams can't be played, SoloQ is counting as dynamic queue rank and there is no dynamic queue?

Riot Broke it on purpose to keep people from gaining massive amounts of IP during the event...either that or they are retarded cause they cant figure out how a potato works...
