Buff Zed

I just finished a 21-minute game where the Zed got 24 kills. How is it balanced that the Zed can "poke" someone from full health to zero in one shot, instantly with zero chance to dodge? Maybe Zed needs more "compensation" for the duskblade nerf. How about making his ult zero cooldown just because some first time Zed player somewhere lost a game proving he is underpowered.
