First thing's first, this probably fits better in Concepts and Creations because of the nature of the suggestion.

Second; having two of the same Champion type (geomancers like Taliyah, wandering swordsmen like Yasuo, etc.) generally sucks as an idea, because for one it muddies diversity, and two it's usually very hard to create diverse kits for Champions of a similar theme.

Third; you really have to pay the lore some mind in suggestions like this, because 1. As far as we know, Taliyah has no "lost brothers" or anything like that - she has a nomadic family, and /possibly/ a brother, but I don't think it's been explicitly stated whether she does or doesn't. 2. You can't just hamhandedly slap "x Champion's brother/sister/mother/daughter/father/son" onto a Champion and expect them to be taken seriously.

I mean, really. I've seen a good number of people wanting Irelia's brother Zelos, Yasuo's dead brother Yone, Jinx's unnamed, barely mentioned sister, and some other family members as Champions, and hardly any of them make sense, let alone sound remotely feasible. (see: Yasuo's dead brother, Yone.)

Adding siblings/family members to lore is kind of a delicate thing to do. Look at the du Couteaus (Katarina and Cassiopeia) and the Crownguards (Luxanna and Garen), and even the Ascended demigods of Shurima (Nasus and Renekton). All three of these Champion pairs are related, and they're handled carefully, especially considering the likelihood that one will see the other in game; whether it's as allies, or as enemies.

Not to mention, the whole "lost brother" thing is just plain uncreative. If you want to propose a Champion concept, move over to Concepts and Creations, and for your own sake, please think it through thoroughly. (I would also suggest to invest time in reading the Universe stories to get a better look at the lore.)
