League of legends is by far the most balanced competitive team based PvP game in existence. If you honestly think they would be giving the cash awards they do for professional tournaments on something that's unfair then you are dumb as a box of rocks.
Dragfin down there went a little too fanboy for my tastes. I agree many people suggest balance changes that are not appropriate or are based on their personal opinions on certain champions. But league is not the most balanced game. If it was certain champions would have such high ban rates over the others. But Riot looks at these forums and occasionally someone suggests something worthwhile.
