And 6 out of the top 10 champions with the highest winrate are immobile (Lux, malzahar, Garen, Rammus, Brand and Heimerdinger). And from those 4 mobile champions (Wukong, Ahri, Xin and Ammumu) only one champion has more than one gapcloser (Ahri). So immobility op?

to be fair about it rammus and garen get to be incredibly hard to catch. they are plenty mobile. They may not have flashy dashes or blinks but they sure as hell run fast...or roll in rammus' case

Tactical, or fast, short range mobility, is the mobility most people think about. When you think of mobility, you think of Lee Sin's Q and W, Lucian's E, Tristana's W, Kalista's.... Kalista.

Strategic mobility, which is slow (movement speed bonuses, portal abilities like Bard and Rek'Sai, and global ults like Tahm Kench, Twisted Fate, and Pantheon), long-range mobility also plays a huge factor in games and making strong plays, but they require buildup and setup, and you can't whip it out instantly (that being said, I have used TK's ult at least once to make a blind jump away from the enemy to safety). This isn't the mobility most people think of (or complain about) when they mention (and complain about) mobility.

Its the bare minimum of what can be called mobility. If Teemo can outrun you with it, it is only barely mobility.

except that garen most often gets speed boots or whatever, and ends up being uncatchable by everyone. that's been my experience almost every time, thanks to the combo of the boots + Q.
