[Idea] Allow players to lock their camera to where their summoner currently is on screen....

I, often, lock my camera when I go into busy teamfights for am repositioning a lot (as many do), but it's often a problem being in the center of the screen, especially when playing purple side. (bot lane especially, locked camera gives you no visibility of the lane)

It would be awesome if by pressing [CTRL + Space] (or w/e) instead of just [Space], it would lock the camera to where my summoner currently is on the screen, not to the center (if summoner is offscreen, it would positioning within the screens bounds though). Then hit [Space] again, it would remember where I locked it to.

Alternatively or additionally, while pressing [Space], if you use the [Directional Keys], it would also reposition the camera locking position.

I think this alone would greatly help how well I perform on purple side of the map.
