Support Update?

The marksman update was by far the biggest class update to come, however it was also a new season. To be honest we all know that Riot will get around to reworking all of the classes, and the next class to be looked at is most likely assassins. I don't really see this being a big overhaul like some of the others, but what I can see in the future is having a big support update. I thought about it and to be honest there would be a lot more to work with than over powered and under powered champion kits (assassins). I think with the opportunity to rework supports we could make them a bigger part of the game. Riot could do this by adding in new summoner spells, champion reworks (of course), new items, and my favorite idea...MORE GOLD INCOME! Seriously, with a lot more gold supports would becoming more relevant to drawn out games and even mid game, and won't have to heavily rely on utility like they do now.

Gold isn't really the issue for the supports. It's exp that's the problem. I think they could solve that a little bit by changing how assists works like letting it scale depending on the highest champion level on your team. Currently supports can easy get 4 levels below solo laners. That's just sick.
