How I went from hardstuck silver 3 to gold 3 in about a week.
Farm, farm, farm. Watching youtube educational videos/streams and analyzing yourself and admitting your mistakes helps a lot too, but mainly farm.

Now go do it in flex so you get double rewards at end of season
when you try to farm, but your adc has like 100% crit so she takes everything ;--------;

This got me from being hardstuck in Bronze 5 to Silver last season. Power farming stops working late B1 and past Silver. Winning in Silver is more about learning how to team fight. I've carried games in Silver with horrendous farm because I was constantly roaming and grouping.
Yup! That's how you get out silver.
you must've went no life mode to do that xD 10+ games a day ;)
Also, if you know you're better than the league you're in (for example if you're leveling up another account), and know how to play jungle, it's a great choice since it's very easy to carry once you get the hang of it, with kayn especially in my opinion. You'll get alot of chances to help your team out before the laning phase is over. Kayn's gank routes are also less predictable since you can phase through walls and avoid wards, since in lower elos, ward placement is very predictable, like at top lane, they will ward the river-end bush, or the conjunction bush which has the intersection of three paths. At bot lane, the same thing. For midlane, you might need to tower dive if the lane is evenly or even 3/4ths pushed into your tower. If the lane is full pushed and your laner his having trouble farming, try to get a gank or two early game when the difference in gold between your midlaner and theirs isn't too much, it will boost your mid's gold significantly infront of the enemy's and he'll hopefully be able to take care of himself for a while with that gold lead. If he still doesn't pull up after that, don't bother ganking that lane and gank the already-winning lanes and get them fed, rather than wasting time on loosing lanes which will still loose no matter how much you gank, and rather focus on fruitful lanes and put them ahead.
Lane?
I'm a supp main and every time I get to S4 I fall back down without a win ;~; Some games are my throws, but other times, it's harder to spot the issue without playing the blame game since I'm super team reliant
Did u finnaly find our minions amd inhibitors are better than kills? ;)
