Snowball?

Is it just me or does the game feel a little bit more snowbally. Maybe it's just me but either on my team or on the opposing team but after a certain point my team or the opponent has so much GP, LVLs and dragon control that we can dragon and Baron and farm as much as we want with no repercussions which keep us stronger at all times and the enemy can't catch up at all.
