BlitzCrank W Rework

So, i'm not sure I like or dislike the new blitzcrank W rework. Sure he can catch people easier...kinda. I feel as though this is a really bad idea for having him slowed. I like the concept but I feel as though 1.5 seconds is way too long. If you are trying to run away from someone, a slow is the last thing you need and in a team fight you want to be mobile. As I said before the slow is a great concept I just think it is a little too long. .75-1 second for that kind of slow I feel is better. The movement speed burst isn't even that great... make it decay slower pls.
