Hello, Is this true?

https://www.reddit.com/r/YasuoMains/comments/4la0wp/yasuo_particles_fix_guide/ Does Yasuo really have missing particles and if that's true, If i really do download anything from that, Is my account getting suspended or punished? Just want clarification if that is true or not, Because i really do have some particles for Yasuo missing, Just saw a montage, Apparently, Even on max settings, I don't see those little tornado particles when you knock up minions/monsters with Yasuo's 3rd Q (Tornado)
