she used to get multiple healing if she Q's multiple champs, but it's not the case anymore, you still get the same healing as if you hit 1 champ :/, ... so sad seeing such a good and healthy support be removed from the game because of no reason :/
That's not a punishment, it's just not getting rewarded multiple times. Except you are rewarded in the form of slowing multiple enemies instead of 1, and damaging multiple enemies instead of 1, all for the mana cost of the single spell.
Also it's my understanding that she's doing better now than before in terms of win rate, even if she's not quite as unkillably oppressive with heal spams as before.
Punished. Because she only deals damage to more targets and slows more targets. Oh woe is Soraka! It's like a punch to the gut when two enemies become slowed and take damage!
Healthy? She could easily make her adc survive all fucking dps on them cause of her spamming W. She needs to be less safe if she can maintain a key target alive at all times pretty much. Also , she doesn't get punished LOL. She only doesn't get multiple healings, but slows all of them
