Howling Abyss/Twisted Treeline Update on the Update

As stated in the Patch 6.12 patch notes, "Champion Mastery's now on all maps. Finally.". However, when reviewing these patch notes, Riot stated also, "Champ Mastery’s making its way to Howling Abyss and Twisted Treeline over the course of 6.12!". Both of these statements conflict with each other as the first quote is saying that champion mastery is currently on Howling Abyss and Twisted Treeline, when the second quote is saying they will be on said maps sometime during the patch. This has brought confusion to several players, including myself. Because I have already played an ARAM today, I have seen that the mastery points are, in fact, not a current part of these game modes. All that I'm requesting is that Riot should be a little more sharp when creating the patch notes, and avoid as much confusion as possible.
