Non-Tank Supports REALLY Need Fixes

Throughout my first year of playing league, I've noticed some issues around bot lane matchups. These mage supports like, Sona, Janna, Nami, Morgana, etc. are a few examples or supports that either deal way too much damage from abilities with low cooldowns, have cc that is way too strong, or both. I've had many people talk to me about this and all they tell me is Riot isn't going to do anything about it because they don't care. I want to say that I disagree with them and that Riot really does care, but they just can't get around to it. So over the past few months I've been getting around to playing ADC and getting matched up against said supports, and they are extremely tedious to deal with under the situations stated above. Personally, I would like to see the bot lane be resolved of these situations as they can become very "cancerous" to the game.
