New ability ideas for Brand and Azir

Today I was thinking, "Hmm, I wonder what champions could get a new ability change?", and later I thought of 2. Here, they are: Brands E would become Douse: Brand douses an enemy in flammable chemicals, slowing them by 20% for 5 seconds and increasing Brands damage dealt to them by 20%/25%/30%/35%/40% for 10 seconds. Azirs E would become Fury of the Emperor: Azirs sand soldiers cleave enemies around them, dealing (35% AP + 60% AD) damage and slowing them by 25%/30%/35%/40%/45% for 3 seconds. Notes: Fury of the Emperor can be cast while Sand Soldiers are affected by Azirs Q. This is one of my first times creating abilities for champions, so please give me feedback. (If this Azir ability was implemented, maybe AD azir? XD)
