that should increase diversity and team play instead of a complete solo carry.

That was what legend of the poro king was - and it was the best idea I've ever seen for actual ARAM, but because rito can care less about it, it won't happen. Champ bans are a MUST for ARAM. It should still be randomized, but after bans it should not pick those who were banned.
