@Riot, Sell your own lvl 30 smurfs for RP to verified emails who have reached lvl 30 on an account

Then instead of having other companies leveling and selling smurf accounts, and Riot having to dig through and try to find and ban all those accounts, just let people buy smurfs with RP once they've reached lvl 30 on an account! Leveling a smurf with no runes/mastery summoner spells etc... is just cancer. Veterans hate doing it.

Please consider this idea cuz you already know people like to make smurfs and they hate to level them cuz it takes ages and it isn't fun, so just offer Riot approved lvl 30 unranked smurf accounts for RP. Problem solved!

Either 3rd party sells smurfs or Riot can sell smurfs. You know veteran players want them so just sell them!

They literally cut the exp gap in half (I think it was half) between 1 and 30 a bit ago...

still takes plenty of time time grinding through 20 lvls of menial computer v player games then 10 more lvls of just god this is taking forever

actually... why start again from level 1-30? Just make a new account and you should have an option "you have a high elo acc?" press yes , they send you a email verification. you press OK.. bla bla , and your new account is level 30 BUT without champs , maybe those 450 IP...
just an idea...

yeah this is pretty much what i think makes most sense

thats ridiculous. company basically going against its own terms of use

Smurfs are allowed, and they could easily change the terms of use to exclude riot sold accounts from no bought accounts

A lot of the smurfs are old players who got their mains banned - let them clog up low level games and don't give them an easy avenue to lv 30 to continue trolling ranked games.

they are going to do it either way, might as well have Riot make profit on it.

is your IQ less than 10? they're going to do it so everything you said makes no sense Riot might as well make some money off it.

Or, if you're banned you are locked out of buying an account/using an alt because they would be linked. Bans on one account would be bans on alt accounts too under this system.

How would they be able to tell, unless someone is stupid enough to use their same info after getting perma banned? How would you link the accounts together, and what's to stop someone from making a new account with fake info, and just doing it from there?

They wouldn't do an IP-ban because places like dorms might have innocent players affected. The person would just pretend to be a brand new player who just wants to skip the xp grind to 30 and wants all runes/masteries unlocked.

As it stands now, buying accounts with real money is cause for insta-ban anyway, so if one of the perma-banned trolls (like Shaclone) buys a new account they can have their account terminated without any controversy. If Riot starts offering the service, it becomes a lot less black and white.

How would they be able to tell,

The whole proposal of this post is that people who have and account, verified by email, would be able to buy another one linked to the same email account.

This doesn't affect the problem of people using completely different information to get around permabans but that's not the point of this thread. Those who are in good standing could, through this method, easily obtain alt accounts for legitimate reasons. Those who are banned can not through this method and would still have to go through the process of leveling up an account the old fashioned way or buy one.

They wouldn't do an IP-ban

Who said anything about an IP ban?

The person would just pretend to be a brand new player who just wants to skip the xp grind to 30 and wants all runes/masteries unlocked.

But they wouldn't be able to buy a level 30 account without providing the email of a level 30 account that is in good standing. A brand new player wouldn't have that so you're just showing off how much you didn't read the OP.

If Riot starts offering the service, it becomes a lot less black and white.

No, it would still be banable to buy accounts from third parties, which is exactly the case now. Nothing would change about trying to get around permabans.

I level new accounts every season just to try to one trick a new champion to diamond...

I don't think veterans are all that bothered by leveling a smurf, it only takes a month and you don't even really need runes until about mid plat.

GarthBrooksXD1 votes

yeah dude, a month. For some people that's a huge inconvenience.

"VETERANS HATE DOING IT" yeah right only fucking idiots make smurfs a true player only has 1 account.

That is incredibly shortsighted of you. I have.... 10? Accounts. 4 for joining clubs for 3 of my friends so they can have their own club tags while I can still be in clubs I like. I then have another 4 that I made just the other day because a 4th friend wants their own club too. I then have 1 side account I use to do 3 things.

  1. Friend all my side accounts so I can manage them easily and don't lose track of them.

  2. Play with friends who aren't level 30 yet so they don't have to go against lv 30 players when I play with them.

  3. To play with new players. Not my friends, just random new players. I like to help them out and teach them about League. I like to show that there are nice guys like me so that the first saltlord they meet doesn't drive them off. In fact I will need an 11th account soon as the account I currently use to do this is getting a bit too high leveled.

Finally one last account which I am completing a personal challenge on in my spare time because I can't do it on my main account although I most certainly could be missing some accounts in there.

Non of these accounts were created with malicious intent and I play on all of them (Well maybe not the 4 new ones I just made, that is more accounts than I need.)

Despite all this I am a true LoL player. I have spend hundreds of dollars on my account and spend more hours than I should playing this game. I have good reasons for every account I own and I am no less of a league player than you because I own multiple accounts.

Almost all high elo players have plenty of smurfs.
