Hello, I'm in need of some help with Fizz. If you look in my recent matches: http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-history/NA1/214646247 I can barely bag a single kill with him against intermediate bots. My main problem is my magic penetration.

Prospector Pete1 votesSo, you're looking to main Fizz, eh? Well there's a few things you're going to need to know first. First off, your E can dodge every single ability in the game except for Vladimir's Ultimate and Zed's Ultimate, and some DoT and Tether abilities. Another basic is that your Q can travel through the target depending on how close you are to them, so you can make some pretty flashy plays if you're able to get it just right. Your W is pretty simple, just activate it when you're in a duel, however if you activate it too early, your opponent make back off and you'll lose your chance at engaging at them with your Q. Your ultimate needs some getting used to from an aiming perspective, as it doesn't always travel full range, so wherever your mouse is is wherever it's gonna end up. Some Combos- During the laning phase, you can go in with your Q and then W on the enemy for free harass and then use your E to get back out to safety without allowing the enemy to return the damage. If you want to go in for the kill, here's a cool combo you can do. Get close to the enemy and then when you see an opening, go in with your Q. While you're in your dashing animation, use your W and your R. The W applies on auto attacks and using the R while dashing makes it harder for them to dodge. If you time it right then you can land your R before you hit your Q so you can get amplified damage for your Q. Follow it up with an E and a few auto attacks and maybe an ignite to finish them off.
Late game don't hesitate to go all in on the enemy. You can usually pump out enough damage to obliterate squishies and chunk down tanks. Fizz has low cooldowns, so Zhonyas is essential since you can use your combo and then hit Zhonyas while waiting for your E cooldown to come back up.

Throw in a pair of sorcerers shoes in there and you're good to go! Also, with the runes and masteries, I would go down the cunning tree and pick up thunderlords. Fizz is a burst champion, and thunderlords helps out a lot with burst.
