Need Help With Wukong

Hello, I have been in a recent struggle. I struggle playing against intermediate bots. I can barely last hit, I don't know how to build depending on my lane opponent and my decision making is horrid. I've been playing League (and Wukong) for 2 weeks now, and feel like i'm beginning to get worse at the game. I really need help with him.
