Usernamehere12351 votesHis playrate did go up after 7.1, but his winrate has actually gone down in 7.2. The stats suggest his buffs are not at all "completely retarded and unjustified".
An Undead brat1 votesThose are not the only factors, especially when the champion is not easy to just pick up and play, like Draven, so the noobs that see "hur dur buff OP now" and cannot play him are dragging it down, but his ACTUAL players did not need it by any means and they are doing way too good now.
