why do tanks out damage legit every class

Actually they doesnt, its just like they have armor/mrs so u deals like nothing to them but they gonna do to u just base dmg from abilities

Try looking at the total damage done stats at the end of a game sometime. The only tanks that typically do a ton of damage (while building full tank) are Amumu, Rammus, Sion and Poppy. Every other tank's damage borders on reasonable to low. However, Sejuani will probably join them soon after her rework.
