honestly, I don't think he's op or anything but I do think that his base damage is a little high and should rely more on scalings. with hex-core typically his only damage item I don't think it should be possible for him to out damage any fighter classes and I mean if the fighter is building against him cause obviously, he'll be building armor. I do think that he's a high damage uh "tank" that is a very, very potent lane bully and can scale hard because of hex-core.
