nobody gave a single fuck about the ap ratio on his w! its about the ad ratio, the crit AND THAT YOU DONT SEE WHEN HE WILL CRIT its not like cait/yi when you see when their "special" autoattack is going to hit.

also why cant we toggle on/off muramana? i dont understand that change at all

Well it's not as though the AP ratio is insignificant, with Rageblade being such a core item. Is it the heaviest nerf of all time? No, and he'll still be banned every game, but I'm glad they are going the slow approach instead of nerfing him into oblivion. They nerfed AP Xin and slightly nerfed AD Xin, you'd be surprised on the impact that will have on Xin himself and his future nerfs.
