can we remove the chat system from league all together pls?

For the most part the chat system in league is only used to bitch at people on your team and just get angry and tell everyone what they are doing wrong it is never used for how i believe it was intended which is to coordinate with your team and make good things happen. so i propose that riot removes the chat system and makes it to where pings are the only thing used to communicate with each other.
