No Loss Prevention

Just a few minutes ago, the eune servers lagged like hell. I guess the server is going down for 3rd day in a row. Everybody had insane lag, not being able to farm/kite properly....my team end up losing because we had champions dependent on combos and we also lost LP. So why there is no loss prevention for situations where everybody in the both teams is lagging rlly hard? We died without even knowing what happened.
