@meddler why have you left ryze untouched for so long?

It's so blatantly obvious he is a problem. You can hotfix malz, but have left this unhealthy champion run rampant for weeks if not months. You cant even do a small hotfix? Ask anybody knowledgeable who the most broken champion is and they will say ryze without a doubt. It really seems like he's such a big problem that you and your half-wit balance team are just going to ignore him until you can rework him into something presumably worse like you did last time. Please for the love of god do a hotfix at least to put a bandage on this monstrosity.
