I'm done. I'm so fucking done. I am strictly a solo player. You look at my friends list, I have 5 people and they all haven't been on in years. I still enjoyed playing league by myself for hours on end, day after day. There's two giant issues that having been running rampant on the board everyone knows about, but Riot has yet to fully and punctually address. Those two giant issues being dynamicQ and the overall meta health of the game.
The downward spiral of this game has started and if I could pin-point the exact moment, it was patch 5.22 the marksman update. There's honestly so much shit in that patch you guys should look again. Here are my GLARING issues with the current meta.
The removal of purchasable wards, now everyone just uses the farsight alteration and it has a low cooldown and gives vision in an area greater then a xerath ult.
Steraks and Maw. Do you know how frustrating/impossible it is to kill an ADC or bruiser with these items? With the low CD its up for almost every teamfight. Don't even get me started on guinsoo/devourer junglers. Two hugely broken items that still haven't been addressed after MONTHS. It's not even just for devourer junglers, irelia, kogmaw, kayle; all become ABSURD with this item.
Mages, how the fuck is spell thiefs not fixed yet? They saw people taking smite top and removed that shit almost instantly. Now you see AP mids running spell thiefs for that ridiculous fucking ghost that follows you and slows while granting vision. Then they increase passive gold while increasing the cost for only AP items. WutFace
Tanks - holy shit if tanks weren't already in a good position, now they have grasp of the undying and strength of ages. grasp of the undying is the fucking worst. as if garen and darius weren't already pains in the ass to lane against, now you give EVERY tank free sustain in lane.
Champions - Why is graves not disabled? Have you seen this fucking guy? I loved playing graves before, and I still do, but god damn he has a dash that gives him EXUBERANT defense stats and a pseudo escape? Combine that with his fucking ridiculous damage autoattacks and his Q and ult and you have a broken piece of shit... Tank ekko... it's not the first time we've seen him. He was around once before and they nerfed him rightfully into a more AP focused mage. Then what does Riot do, oh lets give him more mobility hes been lacking. Now you brought tank ekko back that can stick to anyone anywhere. Combine that with his CC and toxic ult and you have a real piece of shit... Blue ezreal, why do i see this fucking clown every game? He has an aoe slow with iceborn on a 3-4 seconds cooldown a global ult an a escape. please kill this fucking thing so i never have to see it. and who the fuck allowed Poppy to have this stupid ultimate? did certainlyT have a hand in this? i know he has an affinity for making pieces of shit like his mother did. Contest baron? nope sry, you're all 5 back in your spawn now... boggles my mind.
Lastly, dynamicQ. As a solo player its pure cancer. I've never had a worse season then this one. (maybe this preseason was awful too). Matches are even more lopsided then they've ever been. When you're playing against 2-3 people in voice comms and your whole team is a bunch of solo players there is obviously gonna be a teamwork huge discrepancy. Did riot notice this? sure, but if you play solo.. FUCK YOU & get some friends to give us money. I just had to vent, there so much more shit wrong with this game in the meta I could write a book. Fuck everyone on Riots balance team and fuck everyone on Riot's community team.
