Played Poppy for the first time today, gotta say it was underwhelming. She seems...very weak, and doesn't have much lane pressure. Especially top, and especially against a ranged/fast/both champion.
Can she be viable or is she just one of those underwhelming champs?

Bent Pixels1 votesIt seems that she's one of the few tanks that can't 100-0 an assassin/marksman in a matter of seconds. She actually plays the role of a tank instead of a bruiser with a fuckton of health (which seems to be most "tanks" these days) from my experience with her.

LimpingWólf1 votesThat's because poppy sucks. Too many bad lane matchups in current meta, very easy to avoid her Q unless you can land one of her E's on a wall. I don't really think her current kit will ever bring her back into any future meta. Never first pick this champion try to only use her as a counter to mobile melee squishy top laners where u can abuse her W. This champion went from being my favorite to getting reworked and forgotten.
