One feel-good/clarity thing that'd be really great for Tahm Kench's MinionDevour.

When you use Tahm's W to eat a minion, there aren't any indicators for how far you spit the minion, how big the projectile hitbox is or how big the impact splash-radius is. Riot, if you're doing any follow-up on him, that'd be a stellar improvement for clarity!

Huh, good point, not sure how we missed that. We'll add that in.

I'm almost certain someone didn't miss it.

Would it be possible to update Nautilus' riptide indicators so you can see the starting point/overlap area of the rings?

that'd actually be helpful, i mean i can "feel" the radius but it'd be nice to see the "waves" as concentric circles or something

As an aside, does the damage on his W ripple outwards? It doesn't seem to damage everyone simultaneously (at least, I've attempted to juke it, seen it hit a minion, go back forward and then take damage). If intentional - the damage visual effects could be substantially improved to actually show the slow-expanding damage area. If unintentional - fix please.

Also, as a small change, when he devourers a Teemo can he instantly swallow him whole? I'm sure that 90% of League would support this change.

Teemo has to be de-toxified before swallowing. So it really makes less sense on him than most other champs.

But in principle, I agree.

diamondlight1 votes

I think he should be able to, but then he takes poison damage and is blinded as well...

this is a lot like the fizz shark interaction, it swallows yordles

agreed + support

i remember them saying that tahm has specific taste and basically all the champs in the game taste bad to him in different ways so he just spits them out after they die in his mouth

Don't forget that when W is used to spit a minion into something, the splash is HUGE (+1 stack as well), and can easily hit targets hiding behind.

I just wanted to reply to give you some information on a bug that I have encountered with him. About 60% of the time if I eat a minion and spit it out immediately, the previously eaten minion will stay alive with a sliver of health and be attacked by other minions or towers but will not die for a few seconds.

Happend to me also with a champion. The bug accour.. you cant kill them because you deal no dmg with auto attacks... Also had a bug where i was unable to use w only until i used q again.

Next up, Kennen W range indicator!

Solideus1 votes

Hey, just wanted to check if this is canceled or still something you plan to do?

Meddler I have a question on relic shield. Is there a reason why the range is based of the minion death. When I was using TahmKench and would spit a minion and it would die, but my adc wouldn't get gold because I spit the minion out of range, but if it were champion they would have got it. Is there a reason it is coded this way?

My best guess would be to disallow hyper-long range minion farming and giving the gold from across the map (Like GP support ulting a pushing top lane and sharing minion gold to your ADC in bot lane. Same goes for an Ezreal picking it up in base, ulting, and selling it.) Also makes it so Nidalee couldn't just spear from behind turret and share gold. &c. &c.

Don't forget about the bug the doesn't allow Tahm to spit out whatever he just ate. Sometimes can't cause i try to spit it out as soon as i ate something.

Was just about to create a thread for this. Glad it's already reported and brought to Riot's attention. =D I don't own TK (only played him during FR), and I don't think I've seen it in the patch notes, but does anyone know if it's already been added in?
