Noxus Riven?

So .. Riven as she is, is remnants of her as a former Noxian Soldier right? I.E... Broken Blade.. Shoulder pad with Noxus emblem. From her lore, all of it pretty much beat up and torn up from her escape at the Zaun invasion during their fight with Ionia..

Would it be interesting to see her in Full Noxian Gear and maybe the ONLY skin with her blade still full? Or would that cause too much of an eyesore and have people freaking that her ult is always up (whether it could be decided to have it broken [weird] still or make it full size) I think it would be awesome to see her as she was once before.
