coin vs relic shield on thresh

Coin is better if you're going the CDR route for more hooks. Shield is better if you want to be more tanky with shielding.

Personally, I take coin in almost every case. Max CDR on Thresh is wicked. 5 Second hooks if you're landing them.

You get Coin if you're ridiculously afraid of the enemy so are playing very passively (not his strength at all, but it's better than feeding), or are just really bad at last hitting for Relic Shield.

In general, targons is better as it gives a big sheild as well as some sustain through the proc. The downside is that it takes a bit of practice to get the hang of it. Coin is always the safer option

coin if u want cheap early cdr, you usually choose this option when you want to frequently make plays early.

targon if u domt need the above play making.
