Miss Fortune needs help.
Miss Fortune's scaling and power is everywhere. It's bad. There's no items she can buy that maximize her potential, like at all. Here's my ideas of what she needs to still be MF but have build options.
Passive: Impure Shots. Just put it here, seriously. All it needs is and indicator and make it so when she's at max stacks on a target it applies grievous wounds. This is unique for an ADC, and she was the only one with one left, give it back. -Impure shots is something that defines MF. Giving her an armor shred is too good on a ranged character that has no downtime (cough cough Kayle. It's balanced there because she basically has to use E to safely stack it). Added magic damage isn't something people will itemize against an ADC either, so it's fine to have it there since it scales with her AD. It's not like her current ultimate where buying AD adds magic damage that isn't an autoattack.
Q: Double up. "Miss fortunes Next autoattack does +% total AD bonus physical damage. If the target dies, her next autoattack gains a larger % AD bonus and Double Up is consumed regardless of if the target dies or not." -The bounce is too difficulat to properly use, and it's gimmicky in a bad way. Some gimmicks like Darius' spin is fun, this one kinda isn't.
W: Strut. "Gain additional movement and attack speed for a small while." Give it a long-ish cooldown, killing a minion reduces the cooldown by about 25%, and killing a champion resets it. Passive effect: stacking movespeed. max 10 stacks, lose a stack every X seconds while in combat with a champion. -Her current passive is utterly useless in fights and lane. Ashe had a passive useless outside of the one attack you got at the start of every lane return, but you fixed that into something fun and interesting. This one needs the same love.
E: Make it Rain. "Fire a barrage into the air at target location, dealing a slow to the champion(s) hit, applying on hit effects" But make it smaller, more like a Xerath W, and on a charge system of at least 2 shots. Sacle it with AD. People walk out of her current E super easily and it does nearly no damage right now.
R: Bullet Time. This skill is pretty okay except that building AD adds magic damage. When it's her passive, that's kinda fine since she'll autoattack and use that AD, the magic damage is icing on the cake, when she ults and her AD doesn't add that damage that's present when she attacks, it's not good. To say it in a simpler way...
Passive is AD Autoattack + % AD Magic damage = Good
Ultimate is AP Physical damge + % AD magic damage = Bad

and whatever for last slot. You do not need to build towards both ratios, and she does very well focusing on either build. I play her as a straight ADC and she does excellent.

first her w the stun time should go up with the damage and I like this new ult idea when you use you have the big sword and you should be able to pick one or two champions and the three sword pieces come out and hit the champion or champions and reattach to her sword
