Idea for Tank Items
Item 1: Stats: Health Armor MR Passive: You gain bonus MR and Armor based on Max Health
Item 2: Stats: Small amount of health A lot of MR Active: MR is increased by X% for a few seconds Passive: Taking Magic Damage increases MR for a few moments (does not count towards active)
Item 3: Stats: Decent Amount of Health Health Regen MS (maybe ?) Passive: Enemy Armor and MR Penetration is reduced by X%
Also, give Randuins its slow back and nerf Frozen Heart's passive slightly but give it health.
Thoughts? Would make tanks a lot less useless.
