Better CLARITY for champion revive passives. Aatrox, Anivia, Zac

: When passive is available, both when building up and hitting 100% -> RED When passive is on cooldown, both when building up, hitting 100% and just after being revived -> ORANGE Yes, there already is SOMEWHAT of an indicator with Aatrox gaining the GA VFX around him, but that only happens after he hits 100%.

: Little Egg Icon next to HP bar when passive is available, similar to Kindred marks. Also have it greyed out and fill up with colour when it has 10 seconds remaining of cooldown.

It is annoying having to left click on a champion and look all the way to the left, then remember which color the icon has to be at the beginning of each team fight, or if the icon is even there in Anivia's case. We already got a nice big juicy indicator for GA, and way back Zilean's ult was made much more visible and changed the ulted players screen colour for them. Ekko even gets a little ghost that begins to reappear 4 secs BEFORE his ult comes off cooldown. We shouldn't have to constantly check our enemies and allies passives to know how well we can or can't teamfight.
