How in the world do people play veigar past plat?
And do good with him? Seems as if any mistake made in your positioning cost u a death. Not only that but he no mobility.. He has e to stun but miss that and it's game over.

Just like any low mobility mage. Passive in lane, and very watchful in fights. I'd say try watching some replays of proplayers when they play Veigar. Good way to learn ^~^
Very, very carefully my friend.
In lane stay safe and defensive most the time when E is on coldown.
Teamfights if you position is good and your team play around you and your E then the enemies are in troubles.
