IN FOUR DAYS. Every single FREAKING GAME every lane feeds no matter what I do. Then when we are doing well someone goes afk!!! Or we get a rager who feeds int 5 times cause he didn't get a leash.. WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE?

A lot of it is psychosomatic, you notice the bad parts more than the good and you start to psyche yourself out. Take a break inbetween losses, examine your gameplay, see what YOU could have done better, and hopefully your win rates will improve
Because it's based on luck, and unless you happen to play hyper carry champs you won't win many games. Basically to win you have to change your play style to carry lord just to get the same amount of lp as the people who suck. Rank means nothing, and I'd stop worrying about it.
