I am tired of his point and click shiv as he requires absolutely 0 skill to play. He should be reworked and have his knife turned into a skillshot so he actually needs to position himself to win a fight rather then just being able to point and click it.

Mistikal1 votesYou mean his E? And no. He has enough trouble as it is not even having a true build path. Shaco is in a horrible state and has been for the past 3 seasons. Just because you don't know how to deal with him doesn't make him broken in the slightest.

Being level 17 you either played against a smurf or a natural Shaco player.
Shaco can be extremely frustrating to play against when you don't see him coming, but he is far from "badly designed" or "zero skill."
Recognize that he is extremely squishy especially before he gets "rolling" with kills, turning your back to him gives him 20% more damage on every hit (You'd be surprised how many times Shaco gets a kill because someone decides to run away.)
Never follow a Shaco either. He'll out play you with a fear doll or just blink through a wall. He's basically designed to disengage if his kill goes bad.
While Shaco can be very snowbally, the champion itself isn't so useful late game or for team fights. He's great at split pushing and can jump in a fight, but with big AoEs and CCs in team fights he quickly gets squashed.

assuming his e keeps the size and projectile speed, and it becomes a skillshot, it will be impossible to land on anybody.
