Longer ban for afks in ranked

If a player is afk most the game in ranked they should be banned for at least 4 hours. Seriously i'm so sick of losing games cause of these people. Dodgers need a longer ban too, at least an hour for the first one(for ranked). Finally riot you need to remove my nick from your last pick list. You've trolled me enough, with countless games of being last 2 in ranked selection, remove my nick from that list and stop making the game miserable.
