Seriously it's getting ridiculous. I've played multiple games where morgana q's me, and the second the q is finished, she q's me again...I literally can't move before it's on me the second time. So she gets to do non-stop damage...her q needs either a longer cd, or a shorter trap.
They wont nerf it because "hurr durr skill shot"
Well they need to, because that's incredibly unbalanced. I'm not saying getting rid of her trap, just increase its cd or lessen its duration.

Q CD is 11s, at max CDR it's 6.6s. Q duration is 2s + 0.25s per level, maxing at 3s.
