Can we get what Riot thinks, ideally, each Champion gameplay fantasy is supposed to be?

I really like the approach of building a champion based on a fantasy or role they are supposed to fill, which is Riot's more recent approach to designing or reworking champions, rather than just trying whatever hasn't been done yet, which was more in line to their older champion designs. Is there anyone we can talk to to find a (WIP) definitive fantasy list of each champion? e.g. Rek'Sai is an apex predator who thrives on her instinct to dominate, compared to Warwick, a blood hunter who hunts down the weak for sustenance.
