Does item 3174 + item 3222 = healing? I know that if you take Athene's Unholy Grail and use a Janna shield it heals, but does shielding someone with the Crucible heal them if you have stacks of Athene's Unholy Grail?

Crucible only cleanses CC, it doesn't heal or shield the ally you target. The cleanse active also doesn't proc Aery last I checked, so no, you wouldn't consume Athene's blood charges when cleansing an ally.
