Does Match Making Need Fixed At Lower Ranks??

For those of you that have been saying match making needs some tweeks I finally agree with you. In my quest to have fun playing (an hopefully rise in ranks) I noticed lately teams have been a little one sided at lower levels. I said to myself "Self (because that what I call myself), you're just not grasping what Riot is trying to do and don't quite understand the intricacies of match making..." But then I noticed every single person in my current rank bracket is down from where they were. Not half of them, not a few of them, not most of them. ALL OF THEM! I find that very odd.
