Dodge Timer 2 Hours!!!!!

So I just dodged on a Nemesis game because a team member was toxic. I dodged earlier tonight for the same reason but since it was only my second dodge I figured I'd not chance it and wait the 20 minutes or so. Wrong!! the timer is 2 hours! That can't be right. Reset my timer PLEASE Riot!
