Patch 6.9 Athene's
Now, it grants you a new passive that lets you heal when you shield an ally... is this going to work the same way that Ardent works? or can i shield/heal myself as Morganna?

It's like Ardent. It's more aimed at people like Sona, Janna and support Morg than at Nid, Ori and mid Morg.
It's actually kind of stupid on Alistar. It's like the support version of Warmogs.
