Can't get above an "s-" as Xayah

I can relate so hard. I had a game where i went 19/1/10 with 280 farm, and had the most dmg. I did alot of objectives, got three dragons, multiple towers and the game only lasted 36 minutes. Im quite curious how riot doesn't think this is s. I've gotten about 12~ s- now and Its sad to look at my profile with 100k mastery points and no mastery 7. Please rito, this feels like a bug.

You want an easy S on any champ? Here's the trick.
You need to stop thinking in the box. The way you get a high rating is by performing above the mean performance of the other people playing that champ. Xayah is the new adc... she's also really strong. She's in a LOT of games and a lot of people are good with her. So you're being compared to a LOT of people. Of course it's going to be hard to get an S or S+ compared to so many people. Just like it's hard to get to Masters with so many millions of people playing for it too.
But pick Xayah top lane... and suddenly you're only compared to the like... 30 or 40 other people who do that... and some of those are trolls. Do well in an off-meta role and you're MUCH more likely to get that S... since so few people are doing that with her. It works for any champ... and honestly, it's a flaw in the mastery system. It's easier to farm high ratings by taking your champ of choice into an off meta role and getting lucky than it is to play a perfect game and try to beat out all the other people playing them there.
Try it. Find and off-meta way to play any champ that you can kinda get good at and play them there... and you'll see an S eventually. I couldn't manage to get an S on Pantheon... until I took him bot as a support. Apparently a 9/1/7 support Pantheon with 120 CS is rare enough that I got an S+ for that shit. I spent the early game KSing my adc and forcing the enemy to back repeatedly, then bought a tiamat (after sightstone of course, don't play like a tool) and just splitpushed a ton. Boom. S+
TL:DR - You can cheese the mastery system by playing a champion in an off-meta roll and then doing well at it. It rates you based on the performance of others playing that champ in that role, so you want a smaller pool of competition. Try Xayah top or mid lane.
I am a m7 xayah MID main I only go mid bc I hate bot and I got m7 for going mid and let me tell ya that was some fun crap but u have to ban zed kat and yasuo so play with friends and ask them to ban assassins also try not to die more than 3 times get drag and rifts also can ALOT in a 46 min game u need like 390 cs
