Camera lock bug

I had to reinstall league recently after I wiped my hardrive. Since then I have had a bug with using spacebar in unlocked camera mode. the issue is that while playing I am in unlocked camera, but use spacebar to keep the camera locked during teamfights and such. Half the time now, my spacebar doesnt work. It even affects my typing in game, so that all my words meld together and my sentences are unreadable. It "sticks" for lack of a better word for about 7-10 sec and then is fine for maybe 15 sec. It makes playing the game exceptionally frustrating, and I know this is a bug that many people have encountered. From what I have seen, support has said to delete the config and game file under the config folder, but I have tried that, reinstalling the game, even resetting my comp again. I really wish this bug was given more attention over bugs that barely affect gameplay except for maybe 2 champs (cough, pointless stuff like more cluttered indicators on oriana, cough). All I know is that this bug is beyond annoying.

  1. Try assigning the "Space" key to "Select Self" in the settings instead of "Center Camera on Champion"

  2. If that doesn't work open the Practice Tool and after the loading screen minimize the game and delete "PersistedSettings.json" along with "game.cfg". Afterwards, exit the PT and get into another custom/PT game and try assigning your custom keybindings again.
